Over the years, Momentum IT has always been available to assist us when we experience problems whether a server issue, weather issue or a third party issue. They help online or arrive to one of our locations to get us a temporary service or resolve the issue. Momentum IT has always been able to assist with smaller issues as well as larger ones that may have not been setup through Momentum IT and is always able to assist as much as they can remotely or onsite. They will go above and beyond to contact a third party service to get a status update or resolve our issues. There has been many times when we would send them a picture of an error message we received and they would connect remotely and quickly correct the issue. I am not a computer lingo person and they understand our issues. I personally would recommend Momentum IT to any company, they are easy to communicate with and I really appreciate the time they take to follow up and make sure everything is still working.  Great service!
